CovalX adds Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) to its analytical portfolio: a label-free, solution-phase technique that directly measures protein thermal stability without optical probes or chemical modification.
A single DSC experiment yields Tm, ΔH, and unfolding cooperativity simultaneously, providing early thermodynamic data for candidate ranking, formulation screening, comparability studies, and biosimilarity packages (ICH Q6B, FDA/EMA).
DSC integrates with CovalX’s existing MS-based services, including de novo sequencing and protein characterization, enabling coordinated biophysical and structural characterization of the same molecule through a single CRO contact.
