Philip Bodmer as Chairman of the Board
The CovalX team would like to welcome Philip Bodmer as the Chairman of the Board at CovalX. As a member of the board for over 15 years, his guidance has proven invaluable to CovalX and its continuous development throughout the years.
Philip Bodmer is the founder of Bodmer & Partners Consultants AG, a Zurich-based strategy consulting firm that advises small and mid-sized manufacturing enterprises. Through this work, he applies extensive operational and strategic expertise to support companies navigating complex transformation and growth. In addition to his consulting role, he serves on the boards of multiple Swiss organizations, offering long-term planning guidance.
He gained extensive entrepreneurial and executive experience through his leadership roles, including serving as CEO of Mettler Toledo, among others. Mr. Bodmer currently holds several board of directors’ positions. He is also member of the StartAngels Network, where he connects with other experienced investors and supports structured early-stage investing Philip Bodmer was also a long-term president of the Volkswirtschaftsstiftung (Swiss Federal Foundation for the Promotion of the Swiss Economy through Scientific Research) dedicated to promoting scientific research and economic development.
